Advanced Training 5A: Low Light Level 2
Course Description: An intensive low light training course that will improve the student's ability to perform in realistic, real-time, live action situations involving one or more opponents, one or more bystanders and one or more dependents (friends/family members that the student is protecting).
Topics: live fire low light scenarios, low light skills qualification course of fire, force-on-force safety briefing, drills and scenarios conducted in low light

Prerequisites: Completion of AT-1A or other low light shooting course. Prior formal training or safe completion of any match in which drawing from a holster is required.
Preferred: Completion of 16 or more hours of training beyond the license to carry level (such as our Defensive Pistol Skills 1, DPS-2 and DPS-3 courses), prior training/experience in force on force scenarios (AT-2, AT-5 or similar)
Required Equipment: Clothing suitable for force-on-force training (long sleeved shirts, long pants, athletic shoes). A centerfire handgun, belt holster, a minimum of 2 spare magazines or speedloaders, magazine/speedloader carriers, eye and ear protection, a baseball cap (to deflect spent brass and keep the sun out of your eyes) and a minimum of 100 rounds of ammunition. A pushbutton flashlight (Maglite, SureFire, Streamlight or similar).
Optional Equipment: An Airsoft gas blowback gun that matches your own carry gun, and two magazines for the Airsoft gun. One source for Airsoft GBB guns is Airsoft Atlanta. If you carry a 1911 or Glock handgun, bring your normal carry holster and mag pouches. See the general policies page for suggestions on food, drink, clothing, etc.
