NRA Instructor Training: Shotgun Instructor
Course Description: To be certified as an NRA Instructor, students must complete a 6-hour classroom course that teaches material common to all NRA courses. That course does not certify the instructor candidate to teach any NRA courses. Additional discipline-specific instructor training is required to certify instructor candidates to teach specific courses.
This course is intended to develop NRA Certified Instructors who possess the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to conduct the NRA Basic Shotgun Shooting Course and First Steps Shotgun Course.
Topics: How to teach the NRA Rifle courses, following NRA procedures using NRA materials

Prerequisites: Must have completed the 6 hr general NRA instructor training, be an NRA Certified Instructor

Times: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. + review session and exam.
